ok so lets say you lost your battery pack and the plug and play cord but you have 3 pennies and 2 double a batteries like this
put 2 pennies on both batteries and 1 on top for support make sure your batteries are on the springs and make sure all the pennies are touching or it wont work.

I'd rather buy a new battery pack ($1) than play a game knowing I have money literally in my controller.. I would end up ripping them off to go buy myself some cheap *** sweets!
